SMG -Speed Made Good; speed between last two known positions in knots.

Additional Information:
Weather Forecast issued by the Meteorological Office at 0730 on Friday 13th December: Pressure will remain high to the
north of the route, between 30 and 40S but over the weekend a high centre is forecast to drift southwards in to the 40 to 50S
latitude belt. This does not, however, spell the promise of more settled conditions and with a trough of low pressure expected
to swing eastwards throug the route on Saturday and Sunday the resulting stronger gradient of pressure between the two
pressure systems will, if anything, make for stronger winds for a time.
