Pressure will remain high off the SE coast of Chile, extending W in a band between the 30 & 40 deg latitudes. To the S, deep
depressions are progressing swiftly eastwards between the 50 & 60 deg latitudes. Two such depressions are expected to
pass just to the S of the route during Monday & Tuesday, producing some very strong winds, with an active cold front
approaching from the S later on Tuesday.
