Weather Forecast issued by the Meteorological Office at 0730 on Tuesday 24rd December 1996: A large anti-cyclone initially
centred over New Zealand is expected to drift east during the rest of the week. This anti-cyclone, combined with a series of
depressions to the south of latitude 60S, will maintain winds between SW & NW. Winds are likely to become lighter at times in
the north of the area due to the close proximity of the anti-cyclone.
Concert has completed a rendez-vous with Courtaulds International, taken on extra fuel,and resumed course for Chatham Isle
