A spell or more settled weather should become established for a time as a anticyclone, centred to the west of Cape Town,
extends a ridge across the race route. Mainly southwest winds will gradually swing around to the east of southeast as the
high drifts east later on Wednesday and at first on Thursday. Later on Thursday/Friday, a developing depression is expected
to move east between latitudes 40S and 50S introducing scattered showers.
