Wednesday 23 October 1996. Forcast for the area of hte BT Global Challenge fleet for the nest 3 days. A small depression is forecast to develop to the southeast of Rio tomorrow. This will cause the winds along the east coast of Brazil to back from easterly to more northerly. It is also likely to cause the winds in the Rio area to become light and rather unreliable in direction.
