Thursday 24th October 1996. Forcast for the area of hte BT Global Challenge fleet for the next 3 days.
The latest satellite imagery shows an area of cloud to the souteast of Rio, indicating the presence of an area of low pressure,
with winds becoming cyclonic for a time south of 20 deg S. An active cold front, however, is expected to move northwards
into the area on Sunday, with possibily large falls of thundery rain.
