Weather forecast for the BTGlobal Challenge fleet for the next 3 days:
With the cold front that has plagued the Rio area for the past few years continuing to remain slow moving in that region, the
race should now have entered the much clearer weather to the south of the front where a High centred approximately at 40S
30W extents a ridge north-westwards towards the yachts. Winds along the route are expected to remain mainly easterly,
becoming northeasterly south of 30S as a new ridge develops.
