Low pressure in the northeastern corner of the area is now moving away northeastwards, with pressure building from the
west. As the High drifts slowly east over the Atlantic, a strong N-NW wind will set in on the western flank of the High. The
flow then veering a little as the High drifts further east. A new, but weak Low then forming over southern Argentina, with
winds lighter to the west of 60W.
