1996. The Fleet will continue to be on the south western flank of a slow moving anti-cyclone giving a predominately northerly
air flow. The latest satellite picture shows a band of cloud at 0000GMT over an area from Bahia Blanca to the Golfo San
Matius, then east-southeastwards across the sea.
