Forecast issued by the Met Office at 0600 GMT 30 June: A large anticyclone will remain slow moving to the southeast of Boston for the first half of the week - maintaining mainly W or SW winds across the race route. Further west , a depression centred at 44N and 49W will gradually fill during the next few days.
