During the start week the site received 400,000 hits, with "Results" being the most popular section. Interest in the website continued throughout the race, and about 2000 people competed in each leg of the virtual yacht race. It's Good to Talk During Race Week 13th July to 19th July in Southampton ( Homecoming week ) the Global Challenge Enquiry Number +44 1703 212124 was offered 2216 calls and answered 2181 calls within 15 seconds of the call being made .
