    Yacht Name - Concert

Officially launched on June 15, 1994, by MCI and BT, Concert has become the world's premiere brand name for global communications services. With its world headquarters in Reston, Virginia, Concert develops advanced networking services that are marketed to global companies. These international communications needs are met by MCI and its distributors in the Americas and by BT and its distributors in Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world.

In only its first year of operation, Concert has earned high marks for its technology and service platforms. The basis for all Concert products and services is MCI and BT's advanced global network that connects the world's leading business and financial centers.

Utilizing this network, MCI and BT introduced in November 1994, Concert Virtual Network Service, the first truly-seamless global virtual voice network service of its kind. Under the Concert brand name, MCI and BT offer more advanced global data services to more countries than any other global telecom provider. Concert's high-speed data service, Concert Frame Relay Service, is now available in 33 countries. Concert Packet Services are available in 48 countries, including recently added locations in India, Colombia, Venezuela, South Africa, South Korea and Russia.

MCI and BT support Concert customers through an industry-leading customer service platform that provides seamless global customer service from any one of the five global service centers operated by the two companies. The centers are located in Cary, North Carolina, London, Amsterdam, Sydney and Tokyo. Each of these centers offers multi-currency billing and twenty-four hour customer support, seven days a week, in multiple languages.

Concert's early success has already led to industry recognition. Data Communications Magazine, a leading industry publication, selected Concert Virtual Network Services as one of its "Hot Products" of the year in its January 1995 issue. A number of industry analysts have also stated that Concert has a significant headstart over other global telecom alliances underway or in development.

Recently, Concert launched its second generation of global voice and data services to augment its current portfolio of communications services. The new services and enhancements greatly expand the Concert global services that BT, MCI and their partners can provide for business customers around the world. These include the world's first virtual private network (VPN) based global audioconferencing service, a new virtual private network calling card, a suite of services targeting electronic commerce and messaging applications, and expanded global data services.

"Concert will stay ahead of the competition because it understands the needs of multinational companies for seamless global network services supported with excellent customer service," says Nancy Gofus, senior vice president of product management. "Already the Concert name has become the premiere standard in global network services."

MCI and BT market the following portfolio of Concert global networking products and services:

* Concert Managed Data Services -- Concert Managed Data Services deliver a full suite of data services, including packet switching, frame relay, and a range of managed bandwidth services, consistently and reliably around the world.

* Concert Virtual Network Services -- Concert Virtual Network Services bring customers a single virtual network with consistent, customizable features worldwide, centralized visibility and control, and end-to-end management capabilities.

* Concert Cross-Portfolio Services -- Better communications mean better and faster decision-making. Yet as businesses decentralize, they need cost-effective, time-efficient voice and data tools to gain a competitive edge. Concert Integrated Access Service will provide the solution to carry multiple voice and data applications over a single link. And Concert ServiceView enables customers to control and manage their network services on-site.

* Global Support -- Concert works with its distributors to ensure consistent, high levels of customer service, billing, and account management for all Concert services around the globe.

A highly experienced team of global telecommunications and networking experts have been assembled to lead Concert product development and support of Concert services throughout the world. In addition, through the reach of both MCI and BT, two of the world's largest communications companies, as well as other Concert distributors, Concert sales and support teams are deployed in 62 countries. Other distributors of Concert services include: Stentor Companies, in Canada; VIAG in Germany; Albacom in Italy; NI+C in Japan; TeleDanmark; Telecom Finland; and Norwegian Telecom.
